It is Covenant Service's belief that our company is more personalized and more responsive than the national and larger regional Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs).  Business owners and CEOs enjoy working with one representative of the PEO, since they provide services crucial to the profitability and growth of their companies.

National and larger regional PEOs cannot offer the streamlined organization that provides informed answers quickly in all the vital areas of the employer/employee relationship.  We also provide Administrative Services Only (ASO), which do not include transfer of liability and multiple employer 401K.

Company Summary
The shareholders and managers have over fifty year's combined experience in the management and marketing of businesses in the private sector.  They have been active in the PEO industry since 1989.

• Establish relationships with service providers and suppliers that will be long term based on effective communication, mutual trust and full cooperation within the provisions of each agreement or contract.
• Comply with all rules and regulations of the Texas Licensing act for the industry and all the fiduciary responsibilities of local, state and federal agencies.
