Nothing in creation is hidden from God. It is okay to be wrong but not for long.  Strong moral principles and honesty guide us here. The team is accountable to customers, and I am accountable to the team. All are accountable to God.

Covenant Services is no exception as we operate as servants of the Lord. You are free to believe and worship as you will, but this is the first consideration for matters of Covenant Services.

Stewardship

To better understand stewardship, we refer to the parable with the bags of gold (Matthew 25:14-28). We are obligated to protect and grow the business in which we are entrusted. The parable shows servants as “good and faithful” or “wicked and lazy”. Those who protect and improve what they are entrusted to receive more of God’s trust. We must protect and grow this business to God’s glory.

Team Members

Without team members, there is no business. A culture of unity, respect, and love must exist for intelligent talented people to work together effectively.

Customers

Our customers are the stick by which we are measured. If we do not cultivate a servant’s heart our customer relationships will expose it. I love this business because I love to see clients succeed. We will stay within our ability to know and serve our customer’s needs.

Ourselves

To effectively serve God, the business, our team, and customers, we must properly care for ourselves. In the times we are off-balance we must analyze all aspects of our lives and align ourselves with God’s natural purpose for us.
